The 360° blog was named such because of its overall goal to bring together people from various disciplines and industries for healthy discussion (similar to 360° Feedback that comes from multiple sources/people). While many of the blog posts will relate to Human Resources and Organizational Development, people from all professional backgrounds are encouraged to join in to discuss or raise a topic.
